Come and unwind after a busy week in this sound meditation class. No experience necessary as each class starts with a simple breathing exercise before participants lie down on yoga mats and listen to the healing sounds of Tibetan Singing bowls. Perfect for de-stressing and regaining balance.
Every Friday 6:30pm-7:30pm at Queens Wood Cafe, 42 Muswell Hill Road.
Drop in £8/£5 conc. or block book £21 for 3 or 26 for 4 classes.
Please bring a yoga mat and blanket for comfort.
