I'm a buy-to-let landlord and a nasty experience with a tenant. The property was left in a bad state, the bath which had been badly scratched and the WC had been broken. With new tenants taking occupation within a short time, I had to get the repairs done as quickly (and cheaply) as possible. I called several plumbing companies who were sympathetic but didn't have anyone available at short notice. Hpml said they'd got an operative available. An appointment to view the job was made for that afternoon and as I arrived, I realised that the guy had beaten me to it. Impressive. He went through all the options open to me and to cut a long story short, I had a new bathroom installed within two days. How's that for service? I'll have no hesitation in using Hpml in the future.
